• Trade Practices Legislation: The wide experience of the Short Punch & Greatorix litigation team in the Federal Court and in higher State Courts, involving many different types of claims under the Trade Practices Act, is second to none. A common example includes litigation involving claims for relief from contractual obligations induced by misleading and deceptive conduct. We can also assist business operators by providing advice regarding some of the anti-competition provisions of the Trade Practices legislation.
