Peter commenced with SP&G in 1974, became a solicitor in 1979 and was admitted as a Partner in 1981. Peter practices in the areas of Management Rights, Body Corporate and strata matters as well as other civil litigation.

Whilst Peter has had an involvement in most areas of the law involving property and business dispute resolution, these days Peter’s professional commitment is significantly focused on Body Corporate, Strata disputes and consulting, and management rights.

Tony was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1986 and commenced employment with Short Punch & Greatorix in 1990 in the Litigation Division and became a Partner in 1991.

Through his time with Short Punch & Greatorix, Tony has been involved continually in the management of common law litigation through all State Tribunals and Courts as well as the Federal Court of Australia.

He has significant experience in a wide range of matters including:

  • Disputes arising under deceased estates;
  • Guiding businesses faced with public liability and Workcover claims;

Jeffery Su is a Senior Associate at Short Punch & Greatorix. He graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Laws from Bond University. He was admitted to the Queensland Supreme Court as a solicitor. He joined Short Punch & Greatorix in February 2014 as a commercial lawyer.

Jeffery has prior experience in an international law firm in Shanghai where his main area of work involves international business laws. Jeffery has good knowledge of the business and corporate laws in Australia and China.

Jeffrey advises on the sale and purchase of real estate including residential, commercial and mixed use real estate projects and rural properties and advises on property and financier due diligence investigations, community title and body corporate law.

Georgia studied at the Australian National University in Canberra, being awarded a Bachelor of Laws with first class honours, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with majors in French and International Relations. Georgia subsequently obtained a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and in 2015 she was admitted as a solicitor in the ACT Supreme Court. She is currently studying a Master of Laws qualification at the University of Queensland, which she anticipates completing in late 2020.

Prior to working at SPG, Georgia held a range of government roles in Canberra, including roles in procurement, administrative law, and legislative development and scrutiny. She also held positions at Australian Parliament House, where she worked for two successive prime ministers.
